Peach Delight 1 cup flour 1/4 pound margarine, (1 stick) 1 cup chopped nuts 1 8 ounce package cream cheese 1 medium size frozen whipped topping, thawed 2 cups confectioners' sugar fresh peaches 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 2 teaspoons cornstarch 5 Tablespoons peach flavored gelatin powder Combine flour, margarine and chopped nuts. Press into oblong baking dish and bake at 350 till brown. Mix cream cheese, thawed whipped topping and confectioners' sugar in mixer until well blended. Spread over cool crust. Peel and slice fresh peaches and arrange on filling. Combine sugar, water and cornstarch. Bring to boil and cook until clear. Remove from heat and add gelatin powder. Pour over pie and chill well. Note: You may substitute strawberries for peaches
