Eclair in a Pan
1 c. water 1/2 c. butter, (1 stick) 1 c. flour 4 eggs 2 3oz. boxes instant vanilla pudding 3 c. milk 1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese 1 32oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a jelly roll pan. Bring water and butter to a boil. Add the flour and beat in the eggs, one at a time. Spread into pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool. It will drop down when cool. Beat together pudding, milk, and cream cheese. Spread over crust. Spread whipped topping on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
