Separate into two equal portions; refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until firm enough to handle. Form each portion into a ball; roll balls in sunflower seeds to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted baguette slices. Makes 3 cups spread (twenty-four 2-tablespoon servings).
