2 pounds ground chuck 1 medium onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 28oz can tomatoes 2 8oz cans tomato sauce 1 cup water 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 cup raw rice (converted) Ok, brown beef in skillet & drain off fat. Put all ingredients in Crock Pot. Stir thouroughly. Cover, cook on Low 7 to 9 hours (High 3 hours) Makes about 8 servings. Something to REALLY ENJOY
