Sugar Free Apple Cobbler Pie
1 large cooking apple, peeled, cored and cut into thin wedges 1/4 cup raisins or cranberries 2 tablespoon brown sugar substitute 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/4 cup skim milk 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 cup frozen egg product,thawed 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup whole wheat flour 1/3 cup flour (white) 1/4 cup sugar substitute 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Over lap apple wedges in circle in bottom of well greased 9 inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle with raisins , brown sugar substitute and cinnamon. Beat milk, oil, egg product and vanilla in a meduim bowl.Add both flours, sugar substitute and cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Pour batter over apple layer. Bake in center of 375 o oven for 40 minutes, until set and golden brown. Cut into 6 wedges.
