Peach Cobbler;diabetic
1/3 cup butter 2 cup fresh peach slices 3 Tablespoon powdered sweetener 1 cup flour 3/4 cup skim milk 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Melt butter in a 1 1/2-qt. baking dish. Add peaches to melted butter. Mix together the sweetener, flour, milk and baking powder. Pour over peaches but DO NOT STIR. Bake at 375 until golden brown. Serves 5 Exchange: 1 bread, 1 fruit, 2 fats each 1/2 c serving
