1 box angel food cake mix 1 tsp orange extract 1 box sugar free orange gelatin 1 cup boiling water
Frosting
1 8 oz. tub cool whip 1 box sugar free instant vanilla pudding 1 cup skim milk 2 tsp. orange extract
Directions: Mix angel food cake as directed on box, and add 1 tsp orange extract, except bake in a 9x13 in cake pan sprayed with cooking spray at 350 for about 30-35 mins, until golden brown. While cake is baking, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Remove cake from oven, cool. Poke holes with a 2 prong fork at 1 inch intervals all over cake. Pour disolved gelatin over cake and chill about 4 hours. Mix pudding and milk with wire whisk or low speed on mixer till creamy. Stir in orange extract and cool whip. Spread on chilled cake and return to fridge till ready to serve.
NOTE: Easy to use different flavored jello's and extracts! Have fun with this cake making it into 'your favorite flavors!'
