Cheese and Broccoli Soup (LF)
1 14 1/2 oz can chicken broth, defatted 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 t dry onion flakes 1/2 c evap skim milk 1 T Molly McButter 1/4 c fat-free sour cream 4 slices fat-free American cheese Black pepper to taste
In med saucepan, simmer chicken broth, Broccoli, celery, 7 onion flakes 10 min. Add evap milk, Molly McButter and sour cream. Simmer 1 minute. DO NOT BOIL. Break cheese into small pieces & drop into soup. Stir & simmer until cheese melts. Add pepper. Serve. (4 serv ea 102 cal less than 1 gram fat)
