**** Baked French Fries (LF)
2-3 Large potatoes cut up into wedges Pam spray Seasonings
Using a gallon ziploc bag, put in cut up potatoes. Spray inside of bag with Pam spray. Mix potatoes with spray. Add seasonings of your choice. (I like Italian seasoning, seasoned salts, etc...) Layer on a Pam sprayed baking sheet so no potatoes overlap. Bake at 350-400°F for 10-15 minutes (depends on oven). Check doneness with a fork.
