Chicken With Honey-Mustard
Ingredients
1 tablespoon canola oil 3 tablespoon whole-grain mustard 3 tablespoon honey
3 pound chicken, skin removed, trimmed of fat and cut into pieces 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, oil, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Coat chicken pieces all over with the mustard glaze; set the pieces on a rack spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set the rack on the baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees. basting occasionally, until the chicken is golden and no longer pink in the center, about 45 to 55 minutes
