I am also on low carb. What kind of "recipes" are you looking for? The more simple you keep your meals the better. One of my favorite breakfasts is an omelet that I make with crumbled sausage, grilled onions, and swiss cheese. ;D
You can email me if you wish and perhaps we can exchange low carb ideas!

;D HI there, wow I didn't really think anyone would respond to me. This is great. I have been searching for fast easy low carb stuff to make. I hate cooking, my husband usually does it, but just recently I have had to quit work because of my health, and figured now is a good time to do it. I have alot of problems with it, not with the diet itself, but I was on so many medications, and still on some, and they probably interfere. But I am still trying. I have been searching everywhere for some easy things to make, and some snacks besides pork rinds. I think I am gonna turn into one. I would love to share recipes... How are you doing on your diet with this? Rita

I know you are getting tired of pork rinds, but thought you might like to try this one.
Cheese Things
Line a caserrole dish with crushed pork rinds. (enough so that you cannot see the bottom of the dish)
Now take cubes, clices, or shredded cheeses (more than one kind), and loosely fill the dish.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until all of the cheese is melted.
Let it cool a little and eat.
You can add diced ham, turkey or chicken. Also if you like vegetable, you can add broccoli or cauliflower. I add onion, green pepper and sometimes diced tomatoes to mine.
