4 eggs, beaten 2 cups heavy cream 12 packets Splenda 1 tsp vanilla extract Nutmeg
Stir all ingredients together until well-mixed. Place in a Pyrex baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg (or grate fresh nutmeg on it.) Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake at 325 degrees for one hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
