3 T fat-free whipped topping 2 T reduced-fat cream cheese Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tsp. sugar 1/4 c chopped fresh strawberries 1 graham cracker square (2 1/2-in x 2 1/2-in), crumbled
In a small dessert dish, combine the first 3 ingredients until smooth. Stir in strawberries; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Makes 1 serving.
