Salsa Omelet serves 1
1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup egg Beaters 1 Tbsp. Nonfat Milk 1 Tblp. Salsa
Combine egg, egg beaters, and Milk and beat lightly. heat non-stick pan and spray with cooking spray. cook eggs, lifting edges and allowing egg to run underneath. when set, cover with salsa, fold in half and slide onto warm plate.
