Banana Yogurt Shake (240 calories, 11 grams protein) 1/2 cup whole or 2% milk 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 ripe banana Place all ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour into glass. Use your favorite garnish: maraschino cherry, sprig of mint, whipping cream or lemon, lime or orange wedges.
