ROAST BEEF DINNER
2½ - 3 pound chuck roast 3-4 red potatoes, washed, quartered Small bag baby carrots 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix, dry - do not make the soup
Spray the crockpot, add the potatoes and carrots, put the meat on top. Sprinkle the dry soup mix over, add enough water to cover the meat. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until you can pierce a potato with a fork and it feel done and the meat is tender, slice off a piece to taste
