Peach Banana Smoothie Serves 3 16 oz. canned sliced peaches in juice, reserving 1/4 cup juice. 1 med. ripe banana 2/3 c. soy milk* ½ c. low-fat yogurt, Vanilla 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 ice cubes 1.Place peaches, and 1/4 cup reserved juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender, and process until mixture is smooth. *Note: From April, I use vanilla Soy milk Yield: 3 servings (serving size: about 1 cup). Points: 3; Exchanges: 2 fruit, 1/2 lean meat. About 146 cal per servings, (10 % from fat) Pro 4.2 g; Fat1.6 g (Sat 0.5 g); Carb. 30.8 g; Fib 2.6 g; Chol 2 mg; Iron 0.8 mg; Sod 61 mg; Calc 127 mg.
