HOMEMADE SUGAR-FREE ICE CREAM
3 large eggs, beaten 1 large box Jello Instant Sugar-Free Pistachio pudding mix 2 pints half and half 1 small box Jello Instant Sugar-Free Vanilla pudding mix ½ gallon milk Dash of vanilla extract Pecan pieces
Start with the eggs, add Pistachio pudding mix, two pints half and half, and Vanilla pudding mix. Add a dash of vanilla extract, if desired. Stir well until pudding is dissolved. Add to ice cream freezer. Fill ice cream freezer container with milk and freeze according to machine manufacturers directions. When done, remove paddle and add fresh pecan pieces if desired. Cover and pack in ice and water until served
