Easy Creamy Crockpot Chicken Servings: 4 servings WW points: 5 points per serving 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix, dry 16 oz Fat Free Sour Cream 1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup 2 cups mushrooms (optional) Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot along with mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top of chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours. (I use frozen chicken breasts and it comes out great). It makes a delicious gravy served over noodles, baked potato, rice or bulgur (add the additional points). 247.8 calories, 3.2 gm fat, 0.9 grams fiber with mushrooms added
