Diabetic Granny Smith Pork

This apple-spiced dish is great served over rice
Number of Servings: 6 Serving Size: 3 oz. canola oil 1 tsp --- boneless pork, cut into 1/2 inch cubes --- 1 1/2 lb granny smith apples, cored and sliced into 1/2 inch wedges 4 med. --- dry white wine 1 cup --- brown sugar 2 Tbsp --- cider vinegar 1/4 cup --- cornstarch or arrowroot powder 3 Tbsp --- Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp --- Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste 1 pinch ---
Preparation Instructions
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and brown on all sides. Add the pork and brown on all sides. Add the apple slices and saute for 3 minutes.
