Diabetic Stuff-A-Burger lean ground sirloin --- 1 1/2 lb ice water 2 Tbsp --- Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste 1 tsp --- Hot salsa 1 Tbsp --- Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp --- Chili sauce 1 Tbsp --- Minced jalapeño peppers 1 Tbsp --- Bleu cheese 1 Tbsp --- Teriyaki sauce 1 Tbsp --- Marinara sauce 1 Tbsp --- Minced sautéd mushrooms 1 Tbsp --- Hoisin sauce 1 Tbsp --- Minced smoked ham 1 Tbsp --- Minced roasted red pepper 1 Tbsp --- Feta cheese 1 Tbsp ---
Mix together the ground sirloin with the water, pepper, and salt. Form into 12 small patties. Place 1 tablespoon of desired filling in the center of each of 6 patties.
