New England Oyster House Cole Slaw Dressing
2 cups Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Sugar 2 Tb's White vinegar 2 Tb's Prepared horseradish 1/2 tsp. Celery seed Shredded cabbage
Blend ingredients thoroughly and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Use 1 cup of dressing for each 8 ounces of shredded cabbage, about 1/2 a small head or 2 cups.
This may be refrigerated for up to a month.
