This has been my favorite dip for a lot of years. Hope y'all enjoy it too!!!!
Kidney Bean Dip
1 (14 1/2) oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed 2 - T Hellman's Mayo 1 tsp Ketchup 1/2 - 1 T (or more) horseradish 2 - 2 1/2 heaping tsp red sweet pepper relish Diced onion to taste (suggested 2 T) 2 - 3 T sour cream. Mix together gently and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Serve with "Scoops" Corn Chips.
