Chili Cheese Dip
2 Tbsp. butter 2 eggs 2 (16 oz.) cans chili with beans 1 (16 oz.) can white or yellow hominy 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta Mexican Style Cheese, mild
Scramble eggs in butter. Add chili and hominy; simmer 20 minutes. Cube cheese and add a little at a time; stir until melted. Serve warm with Fritos or tortilla chips
*Spicy cheese may be used, if desired.
