Creamy Baked Crab Dip 1 - (8 oz) package cream cheese- softened 1 - (6 oz) can crabmeat 2 tbsp. grated onion 1 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. French's Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese Paprika (optional) Sliced green onions -- for garnish Toasted baguette slices or crackers Directions: COMBINE cream cheese, crabmeat, grated onion, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well. Spoon into an oven-proof baking dish. Sprinkle with a little paprika, if desired. BAKE, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove and sprinkle sliced green onions over the top. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
