Spicey Artichoke Dip
Introduction
Served cold, this dip won't last long! Ingredients 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cans artichoke hearts
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup diced jalepenos
1 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese (fresh, not canned)
Directions Put all ingredients into a blender using the pulse setting to mix and chop. Don't over due it, you don't want a paste, but chunky consistency. Chill for 1 hour to blend flavors
Serving Suggestions serve with crackers, or bread of your choice
