1 c mayonnaise 1 t curry powder 1 t crushed garlic 3 t tarragon vinegar 1 t grated onion 1 t prepared horseradish
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder, garlic, vinegar, onion and horseradish. Mix together, cover and chill overnight. Makes 8 servings.
