Beer Dip
2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, room temp
1 pkg dry ranch dressing
3 bunches green onions, chopped fine
2 c. med. or sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. beer
Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped onion in a large bowl,
slowly adding the beer.
Add the cheddar cheese and mix again. Some times you might
need a little more beer to get it to dipping consistency.
This is great served with pretzel rods.
