Serves: 4 to 6 INGREDIENTS
- Half of an avocado, peeled - 3/4 teaspoon crushed garlic - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 1/4 cup finely diced sweet red pepper - 1/2 cup chopped tomato - Pinch chili powder
DIRECTIONS
In bowl, combine avocado, garlic, onions, lemon juice, red pepper, tomato and chili powder; mash with fork, mixing well.
