1/3 cup skim milk buttermilk 1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese 1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan 4 tsp. wine vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper (or more to taste)
Directions: Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
