Barbecue Sauce
1 pint vinegar 1 pint water 1/2 lb. butter - no substitutions 2 tablespoons salt
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat. Place meat on the grill. Baste with sauce and turn every 4 to 6 minutes. Cooking meat to desired tenderness. Brush with sauce every 4 to 5 minutes.
