Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons finely grated horseradish root 2 teaspoons super fine sugar 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/4 pint cream salt and white pepper to taste Mix all ingredients excluding the cream. Whip the cream to form soft peaks then slowly fold in the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve cold.
