1 garlic clove 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sour cream 1 tbl. lemon juice (try to use fresh) 3/4 cup buttermilk 1 tbl. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 tbl. fresh finely minced or grated onion
Puree garlic, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, buttermilk and parsley in a blender until creamy and smooth. Stir in onions.
