Cucumber Dill Dressing
1/3 c White Wine Vinegar 1/3 c vegetable oil 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tbsps dried dill weed or 4 tbsp fresh dillweed 1/2 cucumber, diced 1/4 inch 1/2 c nonfat sour cream
Use your blender to dissolve the salt into the vinegar. Whip in oil very slowly. Add pepper and dill weed. Add diced cucumber and chop coarsely in blender. Stir in sour cream to taste.
