Thousand Island Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons chili sauce 1 teaspoon dill pickle relish 1/4 cup evaporated milk 2 Tablespoons diced celery 2 Tablespoons diced green pepper 2 Tablespoons diced green onion 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
Place all ingredients in blender. Mix on high for 2 minutes. Store in air tight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Serve over salad or fresh vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
NOTE: A fresh finely minced hard boiled egg tastes good on this dressing. Just toss the salad with dressing, and then add the minced egg to the top.
