Mix on high for 2 minutes. Store in air tight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Serve over salad or fresh vegetables. Makes 1 cup.NOTE: A fresh finely minced hard boiled egg tastes good on this dressing. Just toss the salad with dressing, and then add the minced egg to the top.
