Raisin Sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2/3 cup raisins 1 Tbsp. butter 1 cup water 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a saucepan and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with ham.
