April's Quick and Easy Pan Chick Serves 2 1 Tbs. vegetable oil 2 boneless chicken breasts halves 1/2 can (10 & 3/4 oz.)Creamy Mushroom Soup 1/4 cup water Directions: Fry chicken in small skillet with oil. Add the mushroom soup and water. Simmer with lid on until done. Sauce is good served over rice
