Prep Time: 10 min. • Cook Time: 30 min.
Ingredients:1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 tbsp. ketchup 1/3 cup sour cream 6 bagels, split
Directions: 1. Shape beef into 6 patties, 1/2-inch thick.
2. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties in 2 batches until browned. Set patties aside. Pour off fat.
3. Add soup and ketchup. Heat to a boil. Return patties to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 min. or until patties are no longer pink (160°F.).
4. Stir in sour cream. Serve on bagels. Serves 6.
