15 ml (1tbsp.) vegteble oil 4 chicken fillets, sliced 300 g (10 1/2 oz) Campbell's Condensed 99% Fat Free Tomato or Cream of Tomato Soup 200 ml (7 fl oz) water 2.5ml (1/2tsp) chili powder 15ml (1tbsp) chopped fresh coriander
Stir-fry chicken for 10 minutes. Add vegetables & stir-fry for 5 minutes. Stir in soup, water, & chili powder & simmer for 2 minutes. srirring regularly. Stir in coriander and serve. Serve with noodles Serves 4 Prep time 5 minutes Cook time 15 minutes
