19cm (7 1/2 in) pastry flan case
295g can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
120g(4oz) ham,chopped
4 medium eggs,beaten
25g(1oz) Cheddar, grated
Pre-heat oven to 190 C.(375 degrees) Place flan case on baking tray.Mix together soup,ham,& eggs. Pour into flan case, sprinkle with cheese & bake for 35 minutes or until golden & set. Serve warm or cold with a salad or vegetable.
