225g(8oz) long grain rice 15ml(1tbsp) vegetable oil 225g (8oz0 chicken fillet,cubed 1 onion,chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 100g(3 1/2oz) mushrooms,sliced 295g canCampbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup 300ml(1/2pt) white wine or stock 100g(3 1/2oz) frozen peas&beans
Cook rice as pack instructs,drain. Meanwhile, stir-fry chicken,onion,& pepper for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms,& stir-fry for 5 minutes. Stir in soup,wine, & peas & beans, simmer for 10 minutes,stirring regulary. Stir in hot rice and serve. Serves 4 Prep time 10minutes Cook time 20 minutes
