15ml(1tbsp) vegetable oil 4 chicken fillets, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 pepper, sliced 295g can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup 100ml(3 1/2 fl oz) water 8 large flour tortillas 150g (5 1/2 oz) Cheddar, grated
Stir fry chicken, onion, and pepper for 10 min. Stir in soup & water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring regulary. Divide mixture between tortillas & roll up. Place tortillas in shallow flame- proof dish, sprinkle with cheese & grill until cheese melts. Serve with a salad.
