Campbelled Eggs - found in "Happy Holidays from Campbell's" recipe booklet from 1974
4 slices bacon 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup 8 eggs, slightly beaten dash pepper
In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove. In 2 Tbl. bacon drippings, cook green pepper and onion until tender. Blend soup, eggs and pepper; pour into skillet. Cook over low heat until eggs are set; stir occasionally. Garnish with bacon. Makes 4 servings.
