Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 25 minutes Serves: 4
Ingredients 30ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil 340g (12 oz) chicken or pork fillet, sliced 1 onion, chopped 6 rashers bacon, chopped 125g (4 oz) mushrooms, sliced 295g can Campbell's Condensed Mediterranean Tomato Soup 200ml (7 fl oz) water 150ml (5 fl oz) cream (optional)
Method 1. Stir-fry chicken for 5 mins. Add onion, bacon and mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 mins. 2. Stir in soup and water. Simmer for 15 mins or until chicken is tender, stirring regularly. 3. Just before serving gently stir in cream. Serve with pasta or rice.
