Warmed Golden Fruit Compote Serves 6 80 calories per serving
1 can. (8oz.) Water packed apricot halves 1 can (8oz.) Pineapple chunks packed in unsweetened juice 2 Tbs. Raisins ½ Tbs. Lemon juice 1 piece stick cinnamon 2 whole cloves 1 golden Delicious apple, cored and sliced
Drain apricot halves; combine with all ingredients except apple. Simmer, covered, 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Stir in apples; heat 5 minute longer, or until apples are heated but not soft. Serve warm in individual fruit cups. ;D
