Sweet & Sour Apples serves 4 81 calorie per serving
2 golden delicious apples 2 tsp. Cornstarch dash ginger 1/4 c. apple juice 1 Tbs. Soy sauce 1 & ½ tsp. Cider vinegar
Core and slice apples; set aside. Combine cornstarch and ginger in skillet; gradually stir in apple juice, soy sauce and vinager. Cook and stir until thickened and clear. Stir in apples; simmer, cover, 5 -10 minute, or until apples are crisp-tender. Note: Very good served with broiled chicken. ;D ;D
