Blueberry Buckle
Sift in bowl: 4 cup flour 1 cup sugar 4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add: 2/3 cup shortening 2 eggs 1-1/2 cup milk
Add 2 cups blueberries. Mix all together and pour to large pan, 13x9x2 inches.
Cover with topping of: 1 cup sugar 4 tablespoon flour 4 tablespoon oleo (margarine) 2 teaspoon cinnamon
Bake at 375*F for 30 minutes. (Very good)
