Add dry ingredients and mix well. Divide batter between 2 8-inch glass baking dishes. Microwave (one at a time) for 5 minutes on HIGH (100% power). Cool and frost.Frosting: Microwave cream cheese and butter for 1 or 2 minutes on LOW until soft, not melted. Stir in cream and vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar; beat well.
