Ingredients ************** 4 sliced of white/rye bread 2 eggs 2 tsp. of corned beef 1/2 tsp. butter (optional) Seasoning - salt, pepper, etc. (Optional)
Procedure ************* 1. Line 2 slices of bread at the bottom of a caserolle pan. 2. Break eggs and mixed with corned beef. 3. Add seasoning (optional). 4. Pour half of the mixture to the bread. 5. Top the other 2 piece of bread and add in the balance of mixture. Add in the butter if require. 6. Microwave on medium for 3 min. Your breakfast is Ready!
