Easy and Tasty Microwave Cake 1 pkg. (18.5 oz.) chocolate cake mix 3/4-1 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 can (8 oz.) pecan coconut frosting Mix cake according to directions, but notice the water is being cut back by 25%. Place frosting mix in bottom of bundt cake pan or 3 quart casserole with cone. Place cake mix on top of frosting. Let stand a minute or two before baking. Microwave on High power (100%) for 10-15 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes, and invert on serving dish. Jay
